Anger

Anger is an appropriate response to certain situations but it can be inappropriate and out of proportion. If anger is an habitual reaction to circumstances it can harm social and intimate relationships as well as having potentially damaging effects on physical health. Associated with the ‘fight or flight’ response, anger is often symptomatic of fear, anxiety, frustration, trauma and hypersensitivity.
